Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food, treats, or certain pet care products unless they are faulty.

To start a return, please contact us at alviqueshop@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We aim to respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
