Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Please note delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by local postal services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect shipping information.
